In Wyoming, an administratively dissolved LLC may seek reinstatement under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 17-29-705 if it applies within 2 years of dissolution and cures the underlying issue. The Secretary of State's form shows a $100 reinstatement fee plus delinquent annual report/license tax ($60 minimum, or 0.0002 × Wyoming assets) and, if the cause was a missing registered agent, a $250 penalty plus a $5 RA change filing.
