Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Corporations and Commercial Code
Under Utah Code § 48-3a-709, an administratively dissolved Utah LLC may apply for reinstatement within 2 years after the effective date of dissolution. The application must include the LLC's name, principal office, registered agent, dissolution date, and a statement that the grounds for dissolution were cured. Practical cost: $54 filing fee + $18 per missed annual report + $10 per overdue year + any tax liabilities owed.
