South Dakota LLCs administratively dissolved may apply for reinstatement under S.D. Codified Laws § 47-34A-811. The Secretary of State requires delinquent annual reports, a Tax Clearance Request, and the reinstatement application. The current filing fee is $300, plus $30 per back annual report and $50 late fee per delinquent report. No statutory deadline.
