Oregon LLC reinstatement is governed by ORS 63.654, which lets an administratively dissolved LLC apply for reinstatement within 5 years of dissolution, with a possible waiver in limited cases. The current LLC annual renewal fee is $100, so the practical cost is the reinstatement fee plus $100 for each missed year. Reinstatement may require a Department of Revenue recommendation when the LLC was dissolved for tax-related reasons.
