Colorado LLC reinstatement is governed by C.R.S. § 7-90-1003. File Articles of Reinstatement with the Colorado Secretary of State; the online reinstatement fee is $100, plus $25 per missed Periodic Report and a $50 late penalty per year. For entities dissolved 2+ years, Colorado still allows reinstatement, but the filing must include an affidavit and a government-issued photo ID for the signer.
